hi nicole,
if you click on the “menu”‘ button in the right hand corner of the video, a little menu will pop up that allows you to “share” the video (to email it ) or you can click for the URL to embed the video (if you want to post it to your blog, for example). we would love for you to share the video! just please credit it back to our website & MFOM 🙂
